Having managed a forensic home supporting individuals with mental health challenges and learning difficulties, I have developed an understanding of the complexities faced by those with multiple needs. My management style is informed by a strong grounding in trauma-informed approaches, ensuring that care is delivered with sensitivity, respect, and deep understanding. My passion, perseverance, and unwavering dedication, helps me value every client and staff member, believing that people thrive when truly seen and supported. Having lived experience with addiction enhances empathy and compassion, allowing me to build authentic connections and inspire hope in others. As the project manager I am committed to empowering individuals on their journey to recovery and independence, creating an environment where both clients and staff are encouraged to grow, learn, and succeed.

My life in addiction and the years of help I received are the inspiration behind my wish to help others who have had similar lived experience. I know that through empowerment and support, clients can build a sustainable recovery to carry them into the future. By taking a trauma-informed approach to each individual we can ensure nobody's past circumstances need to hold them back. I'm currently completing my Level 3 Counselling Skills qualification and as I continue on this path, I use what I'm learning I try to give everyone I work with the chance to live a life free from addiction
